The basis of UC is ultrasonic convertor, which is attached to the bottom of cleaning tank. Ultrasonic convertor is a source of mechanical and acoustic energy that is transferred to the bottom of the cleaning liquid and it makes an ultrasonic field.

As a result of changing acoustic pressure and underpressure in liquid occurs so called cavitation and consequently the bond between dirt and cleaned object‘s surface is disrupted.
Because cavitation occurs in the entire volume of liquid, intensive cleaning is realized also, with other method of cleaning poorly accessible places, in corners, hollows, etc.
