Fully automatic inline machines for integration into high capacity production lines

MSTECH's in-line routers represent a high-end solution for deployment in the most demanding automotive production or other sectors such as telecommunications (mobile phone manufacturing), industrial automation, etc. The machines offer a production cycle time of several seconds, thanks to the combination of parallel processes of handling, cutting, unloading.

Parameters and specifications

The machines come in top-cut, bottom-cut, parallel-cut versions. With different number of cutting spindles, with unloading on conveyor, belt, pallets (blister), etc. These are always basic modified solutions tailored to customer requirements.

For special applications, laser or saw blade cutting machines are available.
