The solid wires are drawn to the exact diameter using special wire drawing units and therefore do not show any surface irregularities.

This is particularly important when the solid wire is running in an automatic wire feeder. Our solid wire is manufactured on the same machines we use for our well-known flux-containing wires and undergoes the same quality control.

application:
Use in small solder baths or the refilling of larger solder baths are two of the most frequent application areas for solid wire. By feeding the soldering wire slowly and continuously into the solder bath, the fill level remains as constant as possible without suddenly reducing the operating temperature.
