HW139

The semi-aqueous halogen-free No-Clean Flux HW139  consisting of a solvent mixture of alcohol and clean, completely demineralised water complies with the current environmental policy developments.

The reduction of the VOC content is particularly beneficial if no VOC-free flux can be used due to application conditions.

Application
The flux HW139 has mainly been developed for application using spray fluxers. Due to the increased  preheat temperature in comparison with purely alcohol-based fluxes, the contained water can be evaporated well. The contained activators are also optimally activated here and the preheating of the circuit boards is ensured.

Product Advantages
  • Good activity, wetting and wicking
  • No visible residues
  • High surface insulation resistance
  • No obstruction for ICT
