EF330

The halogen-free activated No-Clean Flux EF330 has been developed and optimised for wave soldering of electronic circuit boards.

The halogen-free activation shows very good wetting on different surfaces.

Application
The flux EF330 is primarily suitable for use in spray fluxers. As well as wave soldering, EF330 can also be used for selective soldering as the EF330 flux shows enough activity to activate the surfaces for the conditions required there.
