EF210

The halogen-free activated No-Clean flux EF210 shows because of its solid content a low activity.

The low amounts of residues left by EF210, which can remain on the solder joints, are beneficial here. The small added amount of resin increases the electrical safety without increasing noticeably the residues.

Application
The flux EF210 is suitable for spray- and foam fluxers. Due to the low activity, good results are obtained in a full nitrogen tunnel wave soldering system. It can also be used well in the area of solar module manufacture.
